• Free shipping may be available on orders above certain amounts
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
• Return shipping for defective products is borne by Urban Purple

Return Policy

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
• Returns allowed for defects, wrong size, or damaged products
• Items must be in the same condition as received
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned
• Underwear and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return authorization number
4. Package the item securely in original packaging
5. Send the item back to our address (provided with return authorization)
6. We will inspect the item upon receipt
7. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are made to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Refund amount will be the product price minus any applicable charges

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available post-inspection of returned items
• Size exchanges are subject to availability
• Color exchanges are subject to availability
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
